My role as a coach is to support you as you make sense of your situation and to provide the safe space needed to find the direction you need to move forward.
I work without judgement, but with the curiosity, patience and honesty that is needed to help you find your own solutions.
My aim is to help you move forward with confidence, through decisions, actions or changes that you identify, and which feel right for you.

I work with clients from all sectors who are interested in developing or changing their careers at any stage of their working lives.
Career development and mentoring
You may be at a stage in your career where you are considering a step up, or across, into a more challenging role, perhaps into management for the first time, or promotion into a leadership role.
